A Florida native born and raised in Safety Harbor, Annette founded the business in 1993 with a simple mindset: do the job right, every time. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted, family-run company built on consistency, accountability, and pride in the details.


She's deeply devoted to her family, a lifelong dog lover, and someone who brings the same loyalty and care to her clients as she does to the people she loves. Known for being highly detail-oriented and motivated by excellence, she sets the standard for the quality of work delivered every day.


Outside of work, she enjoys sports and staying active—but no matter what, her focus remains the same: providing dependable, high-quality service you can count on.

Thomas Toy

A Florida native, Thomas brings a strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset to every aspect of the business. Following in his mother’s footsteps, he takes pride in continuing the family-operated tradition built on reliability, quality, and trust.


He’s passionate about building efficient systems within businesses to ensure consistency, accountability, and results. For him, the client is always the priority, and customer satisfaction isn’t optional—it’s the standard.

Outside of work, he enjoys dirt biking, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends.
